





· 内在小动作(Intrinsic Fidgeting): 不需要借助外物,如抖腿、绕头发、身体晃动、敲击手指。内在小动作行为通常出现在需要“提神”或“稳心”的时刻,是大脑最原始的节律反应。
· 外在小动作(Extrinsic Fidgeting): 借助外物完成的,如按笔芯、画小花、玩捏捏乐、转指尖陀螺、盘串。外在小动作行为的“触觉反馈”更强,能让大脑以更可控的方式获得节奏和稳定感。






· 它连接着我们的触觉,提醒我们肉体的存在;
· 它承载着我们的焦虑,将无处安放的压力转化为指尖的动能;
· 它回应着我们的期待,用每一次确定的旋转和触碰,给予大脑最忠实的奖赏。
